At Utica Masjid, the Muslim Community Association of Mohawk Valley (MCAMV) is committed to providing Islamic education and opportunities for spiritual growth for children, youth, and adults.
Our educational programs include Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifdh, Quranic Arabic, and activities that encourage young Muslims to strengthen their faith and connection to the community.
Our Educational Programs
Iqra School
Our Iqra School helps children develop a foundation in Quran reading and Islamic learning.
Quran Reading & Tajweed
Classes focus on improving Quran recitation, pronunciation, and understanding of Tajweed rules.
Hifdh Program
Our Hifdh program supports students working toward memorizing the Holy Quran.
Adult Quranic Arabic
Educational opportunities for adults interested in developing their understanding of Quranic Arabic.
Youth Activities & Competitions
Our youth programs encourage learning, creativity, and community participation through activities such as Islamic art and Quran memorization competitions.
